It doesn't matter if your skin is OKAY, these easy steps will help
you maintain it and if not they will make your skin better than ever.
Make them a regular routine and you will be amazed!
- Always steam your face just before you go to bed. You can use a
facial steamer or a soaked cotton cloth in warm water, wring lightly,
place on the whole face then leave for 2mins.
- Afterwards, splash warm water on your face and neck. Then massage an
all-natural facial cleanser on your wet face and the neck area
avoiding the skin around the eyes. Rinse with tepid water.
- Apply a toner with a dampened cotton ball on the face and neck to close pores.
- Moisturize your face in an upward, circular motion to condition,
moisten and protect your complexion using your favourite moisturizer.
